Lemon Coconut Gelato
I scream, you scream, we all scream for.... gelato? Absolutely!
Description
Ingredients:
350 ml Tropicana Lemonade
250 ml Pina Colada mix
300 ml Sweetened condensed milk

Method:
Whisk together all ingredients and chill for 2 hours.
Prepare your Cuisinart gelato and ice cream maker as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Add ingredients to the Cuisinart gelato and ice cream maker and follow instructions.
When chilled and thickened transfer to a container and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
Use a metal ice cream scoop to serve.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Helpful tips:
Remove the gelato from the freezer and place in a fridge for 20 minutes before scooping.
Use a metal ice cream scoop to serve.
Serve with fresh berries and mint.
