Guacamole Salad
Easy and yummy Guacamole Salad.
Description
Guacamole contains a high concentration of vitamins, nutrients and a beneficial ratio of fats. Try this yummy & healthy recipe.
Ingredients:
2 large avocados, mashed
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1/2 tomato, finely chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 sprigs of cilantro, chopped
juice of one lime
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except lime juice, salt and pepper, until smooth.
2. Add juice of one lime and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve with chips or alongside a chicken sandwich.
