U is for Umbrella

Even the letter U needs an umbrella for the rain! Our alphabet play program featured the letter u.
Description
Turn U's into umbrella handles in this fun alphabet craft from momstown!
U's became the umbrella handles, and on my son's suggestion, also made some raindrops!
Supplies:
- Construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Pipe cleaners
Cut out U shapes from construction paper, as well as umbrella shapes. Children can help cut out and glue them onto their 'rainy scene'.
Add pipe cleaners to complete the umbrella handle. To help my son write the 'U's for raindrops, I wrote them first in pencil, then he traced over top in marker.
We have another fun umbrella craft to try - and lots of alphabet crafts too!
