Our momstown 6th birthday was a huge success, thanks to our team and our sponsors!
Our momstown team understands the power of teamwork and community. That's why when we took our momstown 6th birthday party across Canada this August! We had over 20,000 people in attendance come out for the incredible prizes, free family activities, mascots, loot bags, cupcakes and so much more!
New chapters like London, Niagara and Toronto, wowed their communities by hosting fabulous free events for the whole family, while our teams in Red Deer, Calgary, Victoria and Edmonton took the West (and even West Edmonton Mall) by storm!!
We may not have had terrific weather this August, but the skies were blue and sunny at our outdoor events in Guelph, Barrie, Oakville, Brampton and Milton. Line ups of strollers came out early to not only get our full loot bags, but to get a jump on the activities from Zumba to soccer, sensory crafts to facepainting at our Georgina, Burlington and Newmarket events. We can't forget to mention how Hamilton's two-day event was the talk of their communtiy! New moms and dads came out to see what all the momstown fun is all about in Kitchener and Ottawa and we just know that they'll be signing up for a trial membership!

Kids' CBC helped up the fun factor when several of our favourite characters Super Why, Daniel the Tiger, Huckle and Fresco del Greco made appearances at parties across Canada. Watch for them this fall on Kids' CBC!
Clifford the Big Red Dog was a huge hit at many parties, provided by our friends at Scholastic Canada. Clifford was spoted across Canada hugging, dancing and even drawing prizes at our momstown birthday parties! Kids and adults alike, loved meeting this beloved character!
Fisher-Price provided an amazing play area for kids of all ages to try out new playsets! Each of our 18 events had a fabulous play area where toddlers were entertained and moms could connect! Isn't that what momstown does best?00 And lucky winners at each event got to take the new toys home with them!
Britax provided some fantastic grand prizes at each event where some lucky moms went home with a new B-Agile stroller, organic carrier or even a new carseat!
One lucky winner from each event got to take home tickets to see Dora the Explorer LIVE on stage this fall. Thanks to Koba Entertainment!
momstown is proud to support the Canadian Red Cross and we were so pleased to have them on hand at many of our events - offering education, safety tips, and some fun activities, too! We were happy to accept donations to the Red Cross at most of our parties.
Thank you to our loyal momstown members, volunteers, photographers and sponsors- we truly couldn't celebrate without you! To the new moms we met across Canada- we can't wait for you to attend your first momstown trial event with us! See you all next year!
