Terms and Conditions
ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Open to Canadian residents only (EXCLUDING QUEBEC). Must be 18+ to enter or win contest. Contest ends September 19, 2016 at 12:00 pm EST. Employees and immediate relatives of employees of Media Nation, iÖGO nanö, or any of its contractors or their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies or any other person connected with this contest are not eligible to enter this contest.
CONTEST ENTRY RESTRICTIONS: Entrants are restricted to one tweet entry per person, per household. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries during the Contest period are automatically void.
Entries indicating the same contact information will be considered, for purposes of the Contest, to belong to the same Customer and therefore are subject to the above restriction. Any excess entries will be invalid for purposes of the Contest. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries during the Contest period are automatically void. All entries are subject to approval by Media Nation. All Contest entries obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules are automatically void. Media Nation will be the sole and final reference source in validating a Prize claim.
NOTIFICATION: Two (2) winners will be manually chosen by momstown via the momstown twitter page. Winners will be announced by September 21, 2016. Winners will be notified via direct message on twitter and must respond within 48 hours to redeem their prize. Winners must complete a skill testing question to successfully claim their prize. Failure to respond by the deadline will result in selection of an alternative winner. Prizes will be mailed to the address specified by winner within 3-4 weeks of prize notification.
PRIZING: Prizes (2) consist of a $250 VISA gift card and ten (10) iÖGO vouchers. Prizes are non refundable, not transferable, and non-negotiable. Media Nation reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time prior to awarding the prizes. Media Nation also reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Each prize must be accepted as awarded.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, each entrant and selected winner agrees: (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Media Nation, (b) to release and hold harmless Media Nation, and iÖGO nanö, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for claims/damages including, but not limited to, claims/damages for personal injury, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Contest. All entries submitted become the property of Media Nation. Media Nation shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online survey, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. Media Nation is not responsible for resending any returned to sender prizing and will not resend the prizing.
PRIVACY: By entering this Contest, you agree to give Media Nation and iÖGO nanö permission to use your submission in whole and in part, in future advertising, print and promotional materials including but not limited to: use on their website, social media websites and in print documents. By completing the entry form and photo submission all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by Media Nation for the purposes of: (a) running the contest (b) as permitted by these rules (for example, pursuant to these rules, all entrants who accept a prize consent to the use of their personal information for publicity usages) and (3) to the receipt of marketing information from Media Nation about its products and services. Personal information is defined as anything that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age, home address, email address, gender.
