Ingredients:
1 lb extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup italian-seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg
2 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste (I don't add salt to these because the cheese is plenty salty already).
Directions:
1. Mix with hands and form into patties. Grill, broil or pan-fry. These freeze well, too. Freeze on a baking sheet, then store in a resealable bag, so you can take out as many as you need.
