I’m looking for new ways to add vegetables to our meals and lighten up on the carbs, so a friend of mine was making a spaghetti squash lasagna the other day and it inspired me to grab this cool squash at the store.

Pop crisps are made from kernels of wheat or corn with no added preservatives! They “pop” just like popcorn, when exposed to high heat and made fresh daily at most grocery stores.
My BFF makes this salad for every special occasion at her house. While I can’t totally make it as well as she does, I’ve tried with this recipe below! You will love the asian flavour and especially the crunch! A great healthy meal choice!
