This Pumpkin Bread is my family’s favourite! They love to help bake it and they love to eat it!! I tend to increase the amount of pumpkin from the recipe (like double it to get more veggies into them!) and decrease the sugar by about 1/4.
Getting out of the day for a fun day outside is tough! When packing the umpteen bags needed full with sunscreen, sunhats, extra clothes (summer play is messy!), and numerous drinks – make sure you don’t forget snacks! The summertime heat may need a revamp of your usual takealong snacks by adding a cooler but that can get complicated.
A loaf of bread takes too long to make — and isn’t it fattening, too? So why bother? Irish soda bread says phooey to both these ideas. With baking soda instead of yeast, you can bake a loaf in less than an hour.
