S’mores Cups…. that doesn’t sound good at all, does it?! Delicious & yummy! Thanks to a momstown Georgina member for sharing!
1 cup finely crushed graham crackers (about 14)
1/4 cup icing sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
4 – 43 g- jersey milk bars
12 large marshmallow
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine crackers, sugar and butter. Divide into 24 mini cupcake cups. Press the mix into the cups with your finger. Bake 4 – 5 minutes, until edges are bubbling. Immediately on removing from oven place 1 square of chocolate in each cup.
Cut marshmallows in half (rinse scissors in cold water so they don’t stick). Place 1/2 marshmallow, cut side down, on top of chocolate. Put back in oven for 1 -2 minutes, or until marshmallows are slightly softened. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing s’mores from pan. Cool completely
Melt remaining chocolate in microwave. Dip the top of each marshmallow in chocolate, swirling to ensure even coverage. Allow about an hour for the chocolate to set. Store in an airtight container for up to one week at room temp.
