Pajama Party Ideas, Crafts and Fun for Preschoolers

January 11, 2015momstownRecessNo comments
There’s really nothing better than hosting a pajama party for a few friends or even for your own family! Kids will love to get in on the fun planning, decorating, doing crafts and maybe even staying up late! Here are some fun ideas to host a pajama party at home with the kids!

1.  Make and decorate foam pajamas and play this mix and match pajama game.

2.  Buy a new white pillowcase or use an old one you are okay to decorate.  Get the kids to decorate their own pillow!

3.  Make shadow puppets on the wall with flashlights.

4.  Make an ice sundae bar or make some sugar cookies and decorate them together and then eat them as a snack at your pajama party!

5.  Start a bedtime story and go around the circle to add to it!  We love this way to introduce kids to storytelling!

6.  Read some great books about pajamas!

7.  Bring your teddy bears, dolls and stuffed animals and let them join the pajama party!  You could make pajamas for them or make an easy bed with blankets and pillows.
