There are tons of great ideas and prep tips to be found when you want to start meal planning. People, who routinely plan their meals, usually have tried and true steps they follow each and every week. But, what works for one person, may not make sense to someone else.
However, since everyone leads busy lives, I have come up with a checklist of items that will not only help you get started but will allow you to develop a routine that is easy enough to stick with. The goal is to make meal planning easy enough that you will be able to stick with your plan no matter what life throws at you!
