Hosting a birthday party can be stressful, but once you decide on the perfect theme, the ideas just seem to fall into place.
Here are some ideas from momstown moms about hosting a Hot Wheels Birthday Party!
Activities:
1. Create a "Track Challenge" in your own playroom or living room! Set up buckets of track, accessories and cars and see if you can challenge your party goers to build the biggest and best track ever! Split the kids into teams, to work together.
2. A Hot Wheels car wash is a great idea for an outdoor activity at this party. Fill up some buckets, use the hose and give your cars a wash! Better yet, use the Hot Wheels Colour Shifters for some added "science" fun!
3. Print some Hot Wheels colouring pages to do at the party or include in their loot bags.
4. Construct a car parking garage with recycled boxes and a little bit of paint!
Loot Bags:
Keep it simple with some Hot Wheels stickers, colouring pages and a brand new car or two (under $2). The kids will be thrilled to take home some memories of a great party.
Food and Dessert:
We love using the racecar theme throughout the party, so find some black and white checker flag-decorations at your local party store and use it for the table cloth and room decor.

Here are the steps to make your own race track cake. Add some orange and it will look just like the Hot Wheels track!
