Here’s my remedy for kids with boundless energy: get them jumping!
Both my kids have a full roster of extracurricular activities each week, yet they have trouble falling asleep. One of the unexpected benefits of getting a Springfree Trampoline has been that it completely tires our kiddos out each day. I love it even more now.

It was a feat of pure parental scheming and trickery, with some help of our friends from Springfree Trampoline.
We picked the kids up early from school one day before our daughter’s birthday and blindfolded them for the walk into the backyard for the big #springfreesurprise.
