Such a delicious dip!! Not diet friendly but so yummy and a perfect party dip!
1 cup grated asiago cheese
1 cup mayo
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (I buy the ones in the waterpacked jar)
4-6 cloves of crushed garlic
Mix well. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Can serve in a hallowed pumpernickle loaf (I find that overdone – I usually put in a dish with raw veggies, couple types of bread and those “scoops”). I usually double for a large crowd
