Description:

Super easy spinach dip recipe that’s great any time of year! Serve in a pumpernickel bread for a traditional appetizer or at Christmas serve in a tree shapes bowl and ‘decorate’ the tree with cherry tomatoes and pepper rings.

Thanks to a momstown Barrie member for submitting this great recipe!

1 package of Vegetable soup mix
1 package of cream cheese (softened)
1 package of sour cream (250ml)
1 package of frozen spinach (thawed and strained)
Mix it all together and there you have it.  I usually serve with pumpernickel bread.  You can purchase bagels and cut those up if you like the bread pieces to be perfectly square.
