Long weekends, extended road trips and a whole lot of summer sun is well on it’s way! We are already half way through the summer (boo) and taking the momentum by the horns there is no better way to enjoy it than with a plan to explore! The following destinations will have you making a list and perhaps jumping on the next train or trailing it with your own form of transportation on an expedition to conquer our home and native land – CANADA!

There’s always something to do in the village – swimming, hiking, biking, canoeing, even relaxing by the spa – you name it, you can do it all here. Everything is central and easy to access if you are looking for a quick getaway that has it all, look no further than Blue!
Calgary’s Banff National Park is a summer travel destination for any nature lover! Embark on an outdoor adventure complete with mountains, gorgeous water and a whole lot of hiking, climbing and outdoor activity! Don’t forget to take your camera along for truly remarkable photo-ops!

Every shoppers dream starts here, so many options and so many adorable boutiques. If you are looking for a little fun, a whole lot of poutine and unique buildings with history look no further than Montreal. Spend some time taking in the culture and don’t forget to visit Simons for hours of shopping!

If you are a craft collector look no further than Peggy’s Cove in Halifax. Surrounded by picturesque ocean front, there are treasures for everyone! So many antique markets, sidewalk sales and unique findings. Spend some time ocean front and make sure to visit a lighthouse while you are there too.

Embark on a journey not to be forgotten – take the M.S Chi-Cheemaun boat to the island and get ready to fall in love with nature all over again. So many sites to see – bridal falls, flowerpot island and shipwrecks under water to name a few.
